“Helen and Mark performed our legal Handfasting ceremony at the Ring of Brodgar in September 2010 and we truly can't recommend them enough. Right from the initial contact, they were so helpful in making all the arrangements. We live in Manchester and thought it might be difficult to arrange a wedding in a place we'd never even been to before but with Helen and Mark’s help, and the really helpful registrar in Orkney, it was all surprisingly easy. As we live in England, when we got engaged we were faced with the prospect of a registry office or some other building, but with us both being Pagan, this wasn't at all what we really wanted and when we found out we could have a legal ceremony in such a magical place and outdoors, it was so amazing. We met with Helen and Mark the day before and they went through everything we needed to know and really removed any worries so that we could truly enjoy the day. They had thought of so many things that we hadn't even considered which was very useful. The ceremony itself was so meaningful and performed beautifully. We are both so happy that we chose to travel to Orkney so that Helen and Mark could perform our Handfasting.
