Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly! We have had a couple of emails recently from folk interested in our service but when we replied using the email provided, it bounced back ... we're really not ignoring you but if we can't reply to you, we can't reply!

This website is very much just to provide preliminary information and to let you know that this service is available, as well as to give you a brief overview of procedures and costs BUT Helen and Mark fully appreciate that all weddings are personal and your wedding is special, so they will do the majority of communication with you individually and in person, either by email or telephone - it's all part of their service! We also Skype on request, although we respectfully ask for as much advanced notice for this as possible.
Please note that both Mark and Helen also have part-time "day jobs", this means that they will always try to respond to you within 24 hours, but sometimes their lives dictate that this is not always possible - please be patient with them, they do care about you and your wedding but sometimes they are simply unable to provide an immediate response.
As an alternative to using this form, please email Helen and Mark directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that they previously used email@example.com and they will continue to check both email accounts for the foreseeable future.
